Many people finish physical therapy and head back to a big-box gym, only to get reinjured because their trainer doesn't understand their underlying mechanics. We’ve closed that gap.

1. Collaborative Intelligence Your trainer doesn’t just read a note; they collaborate directly with our Physical Therapists. If you’re working through a PRI® program, your gym program is designed to reinforce those specific postural corrections.

2. Mechanical Integrity We don’t just move weight; we move weight correctly. We prioritize the quality of your movement, body position and breathing mechanics. This reinforces good habits learned in therapy and builds strength on top of good movement to reduce risk of future injury and optimize performance

3. Small Group advantage With a maximum of 5 people in each session, your trainer is able to customize your workout and give you real time feedback at a lower price point and with the inspiration that comes with exercising alongside other motivated humans.
